Tooling Technician

1. Understand injection molding processes and analyze the cause-and-effect relationships in product defect/molding issues.
2. Identify, repair, and modify mold components in accordance with assembly process requirements.
3. Responsible for routine maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) of molds.
4. Support sample production and related trial/debugging processes, providing rapid response and troubleshooting for abnormalities during production.
5. Assist in managing mold documentation and conducting spare parts inventory audits.

Qualifications: College diploma or higher in Mechanical, Mold/Die Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection mold maintenance within the automotive parts industry (experience in the automotive lighting sector is highly preferred). Proficient in utilizing various measuring instruments and benchwork/fitting techniques, with the ability to independently analyze mold data. Ability to work in a two-shift rotation and adapt to an on-site workshop environment. Strong awareness of workshop and field safety practices.
