Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues

Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers

Implement and maintain network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems)

Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansion

Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups

Collaborate with IT teams on disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations

Provide 3rd-level technical support and escalation management

Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and vendors

Manage relationships with ISPs and network hardware vendors

Mentor junior network/IT staff Experience with Cisco or similar enterprise networking equipment Proficiency in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS CCNP/CCNA required; CCIE, JNCIP, or CompTIA Network+ an advantage

Requirements:

A minimum of 9 years of experience  A minimum of a degree in a related field
