Medical Lab Scientist

Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, and other samples) for diagnostic testing.

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using standard laboratory procedures and equipment.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

Record, interpret, and report laboratory findings accurately while maintaining proper documentation.

Follow quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.

Adhere to infection prevention, biosafety, and laboratory safety protocols while handling specimens and hazardous materials.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals by providing timely and accurate laboratory results to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical role. Proficient in laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and data analysis. Physical Interview is slated for 1 p.m. tomorrow*
