ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER
Location: Nairobi, Mlolongo
Salary: KES 50,000 Net
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and design-related challenges arising during construction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in architectural design and construction projects is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Nairobi.
