Academy Director

Responsibilities:

Define the overall strategic vision, mission, and growth roadmap for the academy/training institution. Align educational programs and training initiatives with long-term organizational goals and industry demands. Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of all training programs, certifications, and educational curricula. Ensure learning standards, teaching methodologies, and instructional technologies meet global quality benchmarks. Recruit, lead, and mentor instructors, trainers, academic coordinators, and administrative staff. Establish performance standards, evaluate faculty effectiveness, and foster a culture of educational excellence. Manage the academy’s annual operating budget, revenue projections, resource allocation, and operational expenses. Oversee facility operations, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and educational technology infrastructure. Build and maintain strategic alliances with accreditation bodies, corporate partners, universities, and industry leaders. Drive enrollment growth, brand recognition, and commercial sustainability for the academy's offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of BSC in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.  Executive leadership, strategic planning, high-level stakeholder management, curriculum development expertise, and budget management.
