Tendering Engineer – Low Voltage Panels

Review tender documents, project specifications, BOQs, and electrical drawings for LV electrical projects.

Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations for Low Voltage (LV) electrical panels and systems.

Analyze customer requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Prepare cost estimates based on materials, labor, and project scope.

Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to obtain competitive pricing for electrical components.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for quotation purposes.

Prepare technical and commercial offers, including compliance statements and technical submittals.

Clarify technical and commercial requirements with clients, consultants, and the sales team during the tendering process.

Evaluate project risks, exclusions, and deviations to ensure accurate tender submissions.

Coordinate with the Engineering, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure timely and competitive bid submissions.

Ensure all quotations are submitted within the required deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Maintain records of tender documents, quotations, and pricing databases for future reference.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in electrical tendering, estimation, or quotations for LV electrical projects or LV panel manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems, switchgear, distribution boards, MCCs, and PCCs.

Experience preparing technical and commercial offers.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost estimation skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.

Industrial background is a must.
