MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

DJI is looking for a Management Trainee that will undergo structured training across various departments and business functions, gaining hands-on experience in operations, administration, sales, customer service, and other key areas of the organization. The role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferably with internship or work experience in a business or corporate environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, adaptable, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willing to undergo training and rotation across different departments.
