The ideal candidate is a hands-on ServiceNow technical professional with strong SOM/CPQ implementation experience, capable of owning complex configurations, integrations, and post-production support while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery, setup, and hands-on configuration of ServiceNow CPQ and Sales and Order Management (SOM) modules. Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Relevant ServiceNow SOM, CPQ, or other product-specific micro-certifications.
