Purchasing Engineer

1.Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for assigned materials or components. 2.Issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies. 3.Collaborate with Production, QA, R&D, and Logistics to ensure material availability and resolve issues. 4.Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and propose corrective actions when required. 5.Conduct cost analysis, quotation evaluation, and support cost reduction initiatives. 6.Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and ERP/MRP system data. 7.Support new product development projects with procurement input and supplier information. 8.Identify risks in the supply chain and provide preventive and corrective measures. 9.Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, procurement status, and material availability. 10.Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing department.

Technical & Professional Skills •Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain management principles. •Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 supplier and quality requirements. •Ability to perform cost analysis and quotation evaluation. •Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. •Basic understanding of supplier quality and automotive production requirements (PPAP, APQP).Analytical & Problem-Solving •Ability to analyze supplier performance and identify improvement areas. •Problem-solving skills to resolve delivery, cost, or quality issues.Communication & Interpersonal Skills •Strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments. •Ability to work effectively within a team and provide support to senior staff.Behavioral Competencies •Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven. •High integrity and ethical standards in all purchasing activities. •Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Qualifications: Sex Either Age 21-25 Years Bachelor's degree of Major : Material / Logistic / Mechanic Engineering or related fields Work Experience 0-3 Years in purchasing Language : English/Japanese/Chinese
