Generate annual MRP for all items and develop material classifications to control safety stock.

Develop and monitor weekly schedules of local purchase plans.

Maintain a dynamic MRP database with continuous updates on demand SRF, BOM engine data, phase-in/phase-out processes, pipeline, alternative items, STD data, and more.

Utilize MRP data engine and confirmed pipeline updates from the procurement team to upload Purchase Requisitions (PRs) on ERP systems, both locally and for import.

Manage all purchase orders for materials, ensuring raw material flow and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Address material shortages or bottlenecks by managing supply flow and finding alternative solutions.

Calculate PCT and CAR results for all purchase orders.

Generate and share monthly plan versions updates, including purchase plans, inventory planned transactions, and material constraints.

Minimize OBS and SMS percentages for purchased items by setting action plans and following through on execution.

Collaborate with management to determine the disposition of raw materials identified in monthly old and obsolete stock inventory reports.

Monitor inventory plan/forecast changes and recommend necessary modifications.

Monitor alternative items activation on BOM.

Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.

Analyze production yield, Material Usage Variance (MUV) reports, and material loss data.

Act as the department representative for all MRP activities and critical supply items.

Develop Components Arrival Reliability (CAR) on the Power BI platform.

Control the average purchased items stock value: 350 MEGP.

Manage ordering for active purchased items: around 1000 items.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Industry Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in materials requirements planning (MRP), inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably within the manufacturing or water solutions industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP systems, ERP software, and inventory management tools.

Leadership Experience: Proven experience in supervising and managing teams, with strong leadership and team-building skills.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects and implementing process improvements.
