Data Center Facilities Operator - Mechanical
About the role As a Data Center Facilities Operator, you’ll help maintain and operate the critical infrastructure that keeps our state-of-the-art data center running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a shift-based operations team, you’ll support both planned maintenance and real-time operational activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.
What You’ll Do Perform planned maintenance and work orders in accordance with site procedures and safety standards
Participate in 12-hour shift rotations, including control room monitoring and operational coverage
Monitor, operate, and support critical infrastructure systems
Respond to alarms, perform troubleshooting, and support incident resolution
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and shift logs
Support safe scheduling and quality execution of maintenance activities
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Promote strong collaboration, safety awareness, and continuous improvement within the operations team

Mechanical technical background (trade, vocational, or technical training)
