Technical Support / IT Specialist

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

Support users with technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Assist in maintaining network connectivity and IT infrastructure.

Document technical issues and solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Technical Support / IT.

Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Networking, and Hardware/Software Troubleshooting.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
