AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary The Area Manager oversees multiple store locations, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with company standards, and consistent execution. The role is also responsible for creating, improving, and enforcing operational flows, SOPs, and guidelines to support efficient store operations.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field

3–5 years experience in retail/F&B or multi-branch operations

Strong operational knowledge and process improvement skills

Willing to do fieldwork and flexible scheduling
