HR Recruiter And Generalist

We're looking for a Female HR Recruiter with 2–6 years of experience to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire babysitters, nannies, and domestic staff.
• Support end-to-end recruitment across the company.
• Handle day-to-day HR Generalist responsibilities, including HR administration and employee support.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain HR records.
• 2–6 years of HR and recruitment experience.
• Strong recruitment and HR Generalist knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in high-volume hiring is an advantage.
• Experience in recruitment agencies or staffing companies is preferred.
• Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 per month (based on experience)
