MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, Building Maintenance, or a related field .

At least 2 years of practical experience in maintenance work.

Strong hands-on experience in both plumbing and electrical repairs .

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults independently.

Good knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.

Experience in a hotel, apartment, commercial building, or property management environment will be an added advantage.
