System Analyst [$6000+Allowance]

Job Scope:

Lead technical analysis for regional payment solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs while overseeing end-to-end system architecture, solution implementation, and post-deployment support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design, review, and optimise technical solutions, ensuring alignment with functional requirements, industry best practices, and project objectives.

Develop, review, and maintain technical specifications and design documentation, while evaluating and recommending alternative solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Oversee vendor deliverables and quality assurance activities, including the review of technical designs, test strategies, and execution across Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and production readiness.

Analyse and improve SDLC processes by identifying enhancement opportunities, supporting project testing and implementation, and providing continuous recommendations and progress reporting to Project Managers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+) standards, payment messaging, and cross-border payment processing.
• Familiarity with MEPS+ (MAS Electronic Payment System) and domestic payment clearing and settlement processes.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX message standards, including message mapping, migration strategies, and end-to-end payment flows.
