Handler & AVI Engineer (Test)

• Set up and adjust Handler equipment parameters — including tray movement, sensor positioning, air flow, and vacuum (suction) systems — to ensure accurate and stable transfer and sorting of devices

• Configure and fine-tune AVI parameters to detect appearance-related NG defects prior to shipping, in place of manual microscope inspection

• Adjust detection settings to minimize false calls (over-detection and under-detection) while maintaining inspection accuracy

• Analyze yield and inspection data to identify low-yield conditions; support machine-level improvement activities to raise detection accuracy and overall yield

• Perform basic disassembly, reassembly, and hands-on repair of machine components as required for setup, changeover, or troubleshooting

• Coordinate closely with Test Equipment Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teams on issues beyond standard parameter adjustment

• Maintain documentation of setup parameters, changeover procedures, and inspection criteria for each product

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with relevant senior projects are welcome to apply Basic ability to read engineering drawings (part and tray drawings) Hands-on skills in using tools for equipment repair, disassembly, and reassembly Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel English proficiency at a communicable level No prior image processing experience required; training provided on the job
