- Valuation & Payments;
- Variations & Change Management;
- Contract Administration & Claims;
- Cost Reporting & Auditing;
- Planning, controlling, and managing project costs while ensuring value, contractual compliance, and financial efficiency from inception to completion; and
- Perform other tasks that may assigned time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A college graduate of any course.
- Preferably with five (3) years of experience in construction of road and bridges and related works.
- Cost Management Estimating.
- Contract and Commercial knowledge.
- Financial and Analytical Skills.
- Construction and Engineering knowledge.
