Inside Sales executive

Key Responsibilities  Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through phone and email, and participate in on-site client visits when necessary

Promote and sell company food products to distributors, hotels, restaurants, and other clients  

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers 

Identify new market opportunities and generate leads 

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers 

Take orders and ensure timely follow-up and coordination with internal teams 

Maintain basic sales records and reports 

Qualifications  Minimum diploma preferred 

2+ years of customer service experience in food, retail, or wholesale trade 

Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a plus 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Mandarin language proficiency may be required depending on product and customer base. Only Singaporean are preferred.

We will be relocating to Loyang in Nov 26
