Assistant Restaurant Manager

We're looking for a driven and capable Assistant Restaurant Manager with strong leadership potential and ready to take on greater responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and support the front of house team to maintain high service standards.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and performance driven working environment.
• Monitor daily operations, staff scheduling, and operational performance.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service related issues professionally.
• Ensure SOPs are consistently implemented and maintained across all operations.
• Identify operational improvements and proactively contribute to the restaurant's overall performance.
• Take ownership of operational responsibilities and demonstrate readiness to manage the restaurant independently.

Requirements

• WAJIB SUDAH BERDOMISILI DI BALI//MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN BALI.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Previous experience in a quality driven restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, guest relations, and service standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to make sound operational decisions.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated to grow.
• Fluent in English
