PROCESS ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibilities Oversee manufacturing process performance and work towards production, quality and yield objectives within a semiconductor environment. Partner with global technology teams and internal stakeholders on process qualification, process transfer and evaluation of new materials, suppliers and consumables. Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen process capability, improve yield and address recurring process or quality issues. Analyse process data to identify trends, losses and improvement opportunities, coordinating technical investigations and corrective actions. Develop sustainable process solutions and improvement practices using structured problem-solving and statistical methodologies.
