Architectural Manager

Possess a recognized diploma/degree in Architecture with at least ten years of relevant construction experience.

Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage.

Lead architecture design and execution throughout the project cycle.

Ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the necessary building codes and regulations.

Ensure key deadlines are met.

Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.

Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures.
