Shift Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise all production activities during your assigned shift Allocate manpower and oversee operator performance Monitor production output and take corrective actions as needed Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the shopfloor Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and QA teams Reduce downtime and material wastage through lean practices Maintain accurate shift reports and handover summaries Train and guide operators on SOPs and quality requirements

Requirements: HND in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing shift leadership or shift supervisor role. Strong knowledge of shop floor operations, lean manufacturing practices & TPM methodologies. Excellent team coordination, discipline enforcement, and problem-solving skills. Must be results-driven with strong attention to safety and output targets.
