Logistics Assistant - Italian speaking

An exciting opportunity for an Italian and English-speaking Logistics Assistant to join an international agricultural organisation in London. You'll support the coordination of international shipments, maintain accurate documentation and liaise with suppliers and teams across multiple countries.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and track international shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and international teams.
• Manage shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Monitor customs clearance, delivery timelines and potential delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP systems.
• Reconcile freight, customs and transport invoices.
• Provide regular shipment updates to stakeholders in English and Italian.

What you bring:

• Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, import/export or supply chain.
• Fluent Italian and English; French is desirable.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with international stakeholders.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
