Kitchen Assistant (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Roles and Responsibilities Assist the chef by selecting and preparing the required ingredients. Assist with light cooking, including frying finger foods, preparing eggs, and other simple dishes. Support kitchen preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, as well as preparing meat. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Ensure kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations are clean and properly maintained. Follow food safety and hygiene standards throughout all kitchen operations.
