Site Engineer

is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves supervising technical aspects, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Job Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently

Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions

Ensure proper documentation of site activities

Review and interpret engineering plans and designs

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of project management software is a plus)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills Experience in commercial or residential construction projects

Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
