Test Leader

• Reliable, able to take stress, handle multiple accounts/projects at a time, willing to learn, adaptable to multi-cultural environments ü Preferably a Certified Scrum Master, with prior experience as a Test Leader.
• ü Overall responsible for test delivery on the project where you collaborate with other test leaders and teams, plan and implement tests including test automation.
• ü Define, align and continuously work with short and long term strategies both with our internal and external partners
• ü Must be able to prepare Sprint plans and agile methodology for the project.
• ü Maintain a close cooperation with business, project managers, requirement analysts, architects and other test areas.
• ü Must be able to work in multiple projects when required.
• ü Handle complex and multiple stakeholder relations and relations with vendors
• ü Lead test for all new and existing functionality with Multiple and latest domains.
• ü Make sure all parties understand their test responsibilities and the common plan
• ü Allocate test resources internally, and make sure our external suppliers have test organizations that meet test needs
• ü Ensure the setup of test environments (in cooperation with infrastructure teams)
• ü Plan and execute User Acceptance Tests and secure resources for the same
• ü Keep stakeholders informed about test status and deviations with frequent status reports.
• ü Continuously have a dialogue with suppliers on how to improve testing and best practice implementation.
• ü Follow up that established guidelines for test work are being followed and recommend any improvements to the same
• ü To plan functional and non-functional testing together with the parties delivering different functionalities with expansion release (Change requests) and continuously identify, evaluate and prioritize testing activities
• ü Must be able to take overall ownership of QMS – Quality management system in creation of documentation of the project deliverables.
• ü Preferably with experience in BFSI and Automotive domains.
• ü Capable of driving Test Automation with creation of reusable frameworks.
• ü Should have good experience working with international multinational clients
• ü ETL testing with all the Data Ingestion, Mapping , Quality, Profiling and with Python scripting knowledge would be added advantage
• ü Very good in database testing.
