Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. The Property Consultant will guide prospective clients through property options, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information on developments and investment opportunities. This role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through closing. The Property Consultant will support sales activities, prepare presentations and proposals, and collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to meet revenue and occupancy targets. Regular market research and updates on local property trends will be required to advise clients accurately and professionally. Qualifications

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to convert leads, negotiate terms, and close property transactions.
  • Candidates should have good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and emerging urban development trends.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in property consulting or real estate sales.
