Senior Civil Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and awarding.
- Handle procurement of civil construction materials, subcontractors, and services.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare procurement packages.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, and Finance teams to support project delivery.
- Monitor suppliers’ performance and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience within construction & real estate development
- Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, BOQs, and commercial negotiations
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Analysis)
- Experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus
