Head of Shared Services

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for shared services, administration, and operational support functions. Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures that improve organisational efficiency. Drive process improvement, cost optimisation, and effective resource utilisation. Coordinate corporate support functions and ensure seamless service delivery across business units. Provide strategic and operational support to senior management. Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements where necessary. Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for organisational growth.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with significant experience in a leadership or senior management position. Professional certification such as FCIPM, FNIM, or other relevant professional qualifications is an added advantage. Proven experience in administration, operations, and strategic management. Strong business development and commercial awareness Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Aviation, Mining, or a diversified business group is an added advantage.
