Goods In/Out Coordinator Location: Membury Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + company bonus Hours: 40 hours per week, worked between 08:00 and 18:00, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break Reporting to: Operations Manager About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Goods In/Out Coordinator to join our Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of stock through our warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service. The Role As Goods In/Out Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Goods In and Goods Out functions. You will ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time, stock movements are managed effectively, and operational processes run smoothly. Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments, you will contribute to operational efficiency while supporting a safe, organised, and customer-focused warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule. Manage and maintain reserved stock allocations to support efficient order fulfilment. Process warehouse orders and ensure all system records are updated accurately and promptly. Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective operational coordination. Monitor, investigate, and resolve Goods In and Goods Out queries. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and operational accuracy. Carry out forklift and banksman duties where appropriately trained and authorised. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and efficiency. About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment. Be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Possess strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of internal stakeholders. Take a proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges. Be comfortable using warehouse management systems, courier platforms, and other operational software. Hold a forklift licence and/or banksman training (desirable but not essential).
