Fleet Administrator Opportunity

Our client is a successful and growing business operating within the automotive and fleet management sector. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to join their busy operations team based in Cannock

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of a diverse vehicle fleet, ensuring all records, documentation and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate vehicle and fleet records.
  • Processing vehicle orders, registrations, disposals and transfers.
  • Coordinating vehicle deliveries, collections and movements.
  • Monitoring service schedules, MOTs and compliance requirements.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and third-party service providers.
  • Preparing reports and updating internal management systems.
  • Supporting invoicing and fleet-related documentation.
  • Managing customer queries and providing excellent service throughout.
  • Ensuring all fleet administration is completed within agreed timescales.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet, automotive, logistics or transport environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
