Customer Sales Advisor

Position: Customer Sales Consultant Salary: £12.71 p/h Contract: Temporary to Permanent Location: Leamington Spa Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rota basis – every fortnight will work a Saturday with a day off in lieu during the week. 8.30-5pm, 30 min lunch. Reed are representing a growing company, who have multiple sites across the UK Customer Sales Consultant duties include: Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions. Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions. Processing customer documentation, payments and invoices. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems. Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Supporting day-to-day administration and site operations. Ensuring customer areas remain welcoming and presentable. Customer Sales Consultant person specification: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills. Confident, professional and resilient approach. Strong administration and organisational abilities. Ability to prioritise workload effectively. Be versatile to help out with deliveries/heavy lifting where needed The location of the site is difficult to get to by public transport so ideally the candidate will have a driving license and own vehicle Occasional travel to the Warwick site maybe needed, candidate must be flexible Other essential skills and experience needed – Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role. Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
