HR Business Support Officer (HR Data & Reporting, Excel, Banking) #HDC1

About the company

A leading financial institution is looking for an HR Business Support Senior Officer to join its Group HR business management team. You will keep employee data accurate, prepare HR reports and support annual HR exercises.

Your tasks

• Process employment renewals, transfers, resignations and position management matters
• Support HR Business Partners with annual HR exercises such as performance, salary and bonus reviews
• Maintain and consolidate employee information for engagement surveys and workforce initiatives
• Prepare regular HR reports for regulatory and business needs, including data consolidation and validation
• Provide employee data to other HR teams, business units and support units
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling employee records
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects
• Use Excel pivot tables and lookups to analyse and summarise data
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline and above
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
• Experience preparing reports, managing data and ensuring accuracy
• Organised, meticulous and comfortable with administrative work
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in HR administration or banking is an advantage
