Facilities Engineer (Building Services)

Oversee the maintenance of building structures, both inside and outside.

Carry out repairs and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and other building components.

Coordinate with vendors for inspection, servicing, and certification of lifts, cranes, and related equipment.

Manage and supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality work.

Ensure proper care and general maintenance of the premises and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

At least 3 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance.

Practical, hands-on skills in building repair and maintenance work.

Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
