As a Ordering Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for:

• Process customer orders and execute accurate invoicing and billing through company systems
• Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
• Cooperate with the logistics and warehouse departments for orders and deliveries
• Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email
• Resolve and take ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
• Handle several back office and data entry responsibilities

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

The Ordering Customer Service Agent should have :

• Αt least 1 year experience in customer service, order taking roles
• Excellent knowledge of H/Y
• Good command of the English language
• Customer–oriented mindset with the ability to utilize conflict resolution
• Knowledge of Entersoft will be considered an asset
