Logistic Import & Export Executive

WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS IMPORT & EXPORT EXECUTIVE

We are a fast-growing Electric Vehicle (EV) pioneer dedicated to accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Logistic Executive to join our supply chain team and play a vital role in powering the green energy revolution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate import and export activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import and export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and relevant government authorities.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all import and export activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Resolve shipment and logistics issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Import & Export, International Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international shipping documentation.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas suppliers.
• Good knowledge of customs clearance processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
