IT Business Analyst (Banking/Financial) - Prefer ASAP

On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring for a position as detailed below: IT Business Analyst (WFO – Jakarta Selatan), have experience in Banking, Financial, Insurance.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with business users, clients, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD), including business process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, and annotated UI mockups.
• Support the QA and Development teams throughout the development cycle to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and contribute to solutions that are practical, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA documentation standards, UAT processes, and communication workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services sector (e.g., banking, fintech, or insurance).
• Strong skills in creating FSDs with detailed elements such as use cases, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io to support documentation and process modeling.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
• WFO full onsite at Central Jakarta, Sudirman
