Project Management (Electrical & Panel System)

Responsible for managing electrical panel projects from handover to final acceptance, ensuring schedules, specifications, and customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules based on customer requirements and internal capacity.
• Coordinate with Engineering, PPIC, Procurement, and Production to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor project progress, material availability, and production timelines.
• Handle technical document reviews, drawing approvals, and project coordination.
• Manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Coordinate delivery, installation schedules, and technician deployment when required.
• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering (Power Engineering).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic leadership skills are preferred.
