Finance & Accounting Supervisor/Manager

About the role: This role involves managing and overseeing all Finance & Accounting activities of the company, including cash flow management, budget monitoring, financial planning, and preparation of financial reports. The position requires leadership of the Finance & Accounting team and ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all Finance & Accounting activities of the company
- Prepare and monitor cash flow, budget, and financial planning
- Prepare, analyse, and present Profit & Loss (P&L) reports periodically
- Oversee Accounting, AR, AP, and company payment processes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
- Oversee company tax obligations and reporting
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to Management
- Ensure implementation of SOP, internal control, and compliance
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team
About you:
- Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Experience as Finance & Accounting Manager/Supervisor
- Understanding of Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Cash Flow, AR & AP, and Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Possess Brevet Pajak A & B
- Strong financial analysis and leadership capabilities
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with high integrity and ability to work towards targets
- Experience in Construction/Oil & Gas/Project Based companies is an advantage
