Sales Trainee

This Sales Trainee Program is designed to develop future sales professionals. During the first three months (probation period), participants will go through an intensive learning phase focused on product knowledge, business processes, and hands-on mentoring. Start Date: 1 October 2026

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate Bachelor Degree in any background.
• Have passion in digital business development.
• Interested to IT (Digital Technology) Sales to corporate company - B2B (Business to Business).

Job descriptions:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities, and guide prospective clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
4. Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
