ARCHITECT & 3D VISUALIZER

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or 3D visualization.
• Experience in residential, villa, hospitality, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Proficient in architectural design and 3D visualization.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, materials, proportions, lighting, and spatial planning.
• Able to produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and architectural presentations.
• Able to read and develop architectural drawings.
• Able to coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Teams, and Clients.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Create accurate 3D models and realistic architectural renderings for villas, residential, and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and presentation materials.
• Develop 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and project teams.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP requirements.
• Review and update drawings and 3D models based on design revisions.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure the design is properly implemented on site.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify existing conditions and project progress.
• Assist in material, furniture, finishes, and design selections.
• Prepare design presentations and visual materials for client meetings.
• Ensure all drawings and visualizations are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, models, renders, and project revisions.
