Junior Buyer - Parfume and Cosmetics

Jakarta Duty Free (PT. Aura Cantik) Hiring for Junior Buyer - Parfume & Cosmetics Responsibilities :

1. Analyze the market trends and competitor promotions to properly maintain the optimum display of products.
2. Maintain and restock the company's inventory efficiency and arrange to be credited for damaged or unused promotional items.
3. Preserve customer relationships by responding to special requests, answering questions, and coordinating training.
4. Support sales representatives by using unique promotional items and displaying end-cap special promotions.
5. Set up and tear down shelving, stock inventory and maintain various store fixtures to uphold company appearance.

Qualifications :

• FEMALE with a maximum age of 35 years old
• Experience as buyer/merchandiser in International Parfume - Cosmetisc Brand's minimum 3 Years
• Good communication in English (must) and Mandarin/ Cantonese (prefer)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PPT
• Have experience in SAP
• Prefer in the Retail & Luxury brands
• Ability to create a daily competitive analysis and distribute reports every week.
• Familiar with OTB / Budgeting analysis
• Capability to forecast emerging trends and make creative decisions to promote the smooth progression of retail relationships.
