Fraud & Investigation Specialist 60K - 6m contract @พัฒนาการ 42

Working day: Mon – Fri 8:00 – 17:00 Remark: Able to travel to branches and other locations as required

Store & Employee Fraud

Investigation & Case Management

• Conduct fraud investigations and fact-finding activities
• Analyze allegations and assess fraud risks
• Collect, preserve, and document evidence
• Review transaction records and supporting documents
• Conduct CCTV reviews where applicable

Interview & Field Investigation

• Interview employees, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and branch investigations
• Gather information to establish facts and support findings

Reporting & Recommendation

• Prepare investigation reports and management summaries
• Perform root cause analysis
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in: Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Criminology, Risk Management. Related disciplines 3-7 years of experience in: Fraud Investigation, Internal Audit, Compliance, Corporate Security, Risk Management Investigation Techniques, Interviewing Skills, Evidence Management, Report Writing, Analytical Thinking, Microsoft Office Retail or FMCG experience, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Employee misconduct investigation experience is plus High Integrity, Strong Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management
