Position type: Full-time | Remote Working hours: 40 hours per week, with availability during U.S. business hours

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven appointment setter to generate qualified opportunities and book sales calls with attorneys and other professionals across the U.S. market.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with outbound calling, knows how to handle objections, and takes full ownership of their pipeline. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying their needs, following up consistently, and booking warm appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

Outbound prospecting

  • Reach out to attorneys and other professionals through calls and outbound messaging to introduce the company's services and generate interest.
  • Research and identify potential prospects who are a strong fit for the business.

Lead qualification and call booking

  • Ask targeted questions to understand prospect needs, goals, and overall fit.
  • Qualify interested prospects and schedule appointments directly with the sales team.
  • Ensure all booked leads are properly prepared for a smooth handoff.

Objection handling and follow-up

  • Handle common objections confidently and professionally while keeping conversations moving forward.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up process until each lead reaches a clear outcome.
  • Ensure no qualified opportunity is lost due to missed or delayed follow-up.

CRM and pipeline management

  • Log all outreach activity and update prospect records accurately.
  • Keep the pipeline organized and ensure lead statuses and next steps are always up to date.

Required experience and skills

  • At least two years of experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or booking sales calls.
  • Proven experience working on U.S.-based calling campaigns and engaging American professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling, objection handling, and building rapport with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and scheduling tools to manage leads and appointments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of follow-ups independently.

Preferred experience

  • Experience selling or booking appointments with attorneys or other professional service businesses.
  • Previous experience working with marketing agencies or B2B service companies.

Ideal fit and culture

  • You take full ownership of your pipeline and follow up without needing reminders.
  • You are consistent and disciplined with outreach, even when results take time.
  • You communicate proactively and share what is working, what is not, and where you need support.
  • You are results-driven and fully focused during working hours, with no divided attention or job stacking.

Typical day

You start your day by reviewing your CRM, prioritizing follow-ups, and identifying new prospects to contact. Most of your time is spent making outbound calls and sending personalized messages to professionals across the U.S. market.

As prospects respond, you qualify their needs, handle objections, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Throughout the day, you keep your CRM updated and make sure every lead has a clear next step. The role is highly self-directed, with a simple focus: consistently move qualified prospects through the pipeline and generate booked appointments.
