Clinic Manager

We are looking for a Clinic Manager who is people-oriented, organised and commercially driven to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic and ensure a smooth, positive experience for both patients and staff. What You’ll Do Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow

Lead, coach and motivate the clinic team to deliver excellent service

Manage staff performance, scheduling and manpower planning

Monitor clinic KPIs, revenue and operational performance

Drive patient service standards and continuously improve the patient experience

Handle operational issues and work closely with doctors and management

Support initiatives to grow the clinic and achieve business targets

What We’re Looking For Relevant experience in clinic or healthcare

Strong people management and communication skills

Customer-focused with a positive and hands-on approach

Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

Commercially minded and comfortable working with targets and KPIs

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
