What you'll do
The Land Logistics Specialist supports the development and implementation of Nutreco's global land logistics strategy by driving standardization, process improvement, and operational excellence across Business Units and local OpCos. Working closely with internal stakeholders, local logistics teams, and logistics service providers, this role helps optimize transportation operations, enhance supplier performance, and improve cost efficiency, service reliability, sustainability, and process transparency.
The role contributes to sourcing and procurement initiatives, KPI management, and the delivery of digitalization and automation projects that simplify logistics processes and promote best practices. In addition, the Land Logistics Specialist supports change management activities to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and ways of working, while maintaining compliance with procurement standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
