Procurement Head

We are seeking an exceptional Procurement Section Head to lead our efforts in Cairo, Egypt., shaping the future of our projects through strategic sourcing and robust supply chain management.

Proven expertise in Engineering Procurement within the construction/civil/architecture domain.

Lead and mentor a dedicated procurement team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and policies aligned with company objectives and project requirements.

Manage the entire procurement lifecycle , from vendor selection and negotiation to contract finalization and performance monitoring.

Proven expertise in Engineering Procurement within the construction/civil/architecture domain.

Exceptional skills in Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management .

Demonstrated ability in Cost Control and implementing effective Strategic Sourcing strategies.

Exceptional skills in Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management .

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or construction management.

A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in procurement.

Vendor Management: Superior ability to manage and cultivate strong relationships with a diverse range of suppliers.

Cost Control: Proven track record of implementing effective cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
