Role Overview

NetFarmer is hiring a part-time Admin Assistant to handle bookkeeping support, document filing, grant and work pass paperwork, and general office admin. The role works under the CEO's direction, on agreed days, in the office or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise, check and file the company's day-to-day receipts
  • Data entry, reconciliation and basic bookkeeping support in QuickBooks
  • Document preparation, printing, scanning and filing
  • Compile and submit supporting documents for the company or its clients (contracts, quotations, invoices)
  • Support government grant applications (e.g. PSG, EDG, SFEC): gather documents, complete forms, use government portals as instructed
  • Provide administrative support for work pass applications and renewals (Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) through MOM's online systems, under company supervision
  • General office admin: office supplies records, document transmission, filing
  • Maintain client relationships: stay in regular contact and keep client records up to date in the system
  • Send customer satisfaction surveys through the system and track responses
  • Receive client feedback, log it, and route it to the right team member until resolved
  • Other reasonable admin, bookkeeping or documentation tasks assigned from time to time

Grant and work pass work is clerical support only. The role acts on company instructions and does not give regulatory, immigration or legal advice.

Requirements

  • Hands-on QuickBooks experience (data entry, reconciliation)
  • Prior admin, accounts assistant or bookkeeping experience; a basic accounting background is a plus
  • Familiarity with MOM online systems and government grant portals preferred
  • Meticulous with documents and numbers; reliable on deadlines
  • Handles confidential financial and personal data with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely on agreed days
  • Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus
  • Legally eligible to work in Singapore
