Network Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure and services. Troubleshoot network-related issues involving routing, switching, wireless, and fiber connectivity. Deploy and support enterprise Wi-Fi solutions and wireless networks. Conduct RF site surveys, wireless network planning, and optimization. Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and UTP cabling systems. Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network security devices. Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and service availability. Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams. Participate in network expansion, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
